A major Remodel of a 1970’s custom home in Edmonds WA. Scope of Work included Residential Design, Interior Design, and Oversight.

Some design objects were the use of regional materials, and to showcase an extensive art collection.

A Full Redevelopment Design of a 4.8 acre lake-front site on Lake Samish. Scope included Design, Planning Consultation, Permitting, Design Oversight, and Quality Control.

New Construction in the Town of Woodway, WA on 1.25 acres. Project included a 6000 sqft residence, Pool House, and attached indoor Sport Court.

A full remodel of an existing barn on the property. The barn includes 3 additional garage bays, planting center, animal stalls, and a “loft” with theater, games and a bar.

An additional structure to a property with an existing Historic Lakefront Cottage in Chelan, Washington. Project responsibilities included Architectural Design, Detailing, Cost Analysis and Construction Observation.

A full re design of an existing mid century home in Sand Point Country Club, Seattle Washington. MO provided Design, Permitting, Construction Oversight, and Material Selection assistance.  

A Custom Design for a 26 acre site above Chelan, Washington. Morris Originals provided Design, Planning Consultation, Materials Selections and Materials Sourcing. Lighting fixtures and Custom Furniture was built in-house as well.

A custom design for a Vancouver BC family getaway in Point Roberts, Washington. Morris Originals provided Design, Site Planning, Environmental Consulting Coordination, and permitting. Light fixtures, cabinetry and millwork were also provided in-house.

Design and Construction of a Contemporary Residence in Bellingham, WA. Scope included Spacial Planning, Interior Design, Materials Selections, Architectural Detailing, Development and Construction.

Full Design and Construction of a basement in Seattle, WA for the HGTV show "House Crashers." Construction and Filming was carried out for 3 16 hour days, and involved over 25 people.
